Returns And Refunds

SmartImmigant Inc. (“SmartImmigant”, “our,” “we,” or “us”) offers an Education Immigration Video Guide (the “Guide”), which was created with aim to help newcomers, temporary & permanent residents and any other interested parties to use properly and independently official immigration websites and get true, valid and updated information directly from official government sources without any help from outside. We do not provide any legal advice.

Due to nature of our business, we cannot accommodate any refunds or returns once the payment has been processed and you have been granted access to the Guide. All subscriptions are for certain terms as chosen by you (4 months, 8 months or 12 months, as applicable) and subscribers must commit to subscribing for such term. Notwithstanding any provision of this section, we will refund the portion of the subscription fee you were unable to use from the date you lose access to the Guide as a result of us shutting-down our operation, should we be unable to provide you with an alternative arrangement to complete your subscription term.
