SmartImmigant Inc. (“SmartImmigant”, “our,” “we,” or “us”) offers an Education Immigration Video Guide (the “Guide”), which was created with aim to help newcomers, temporary & permanent residents and any other interested parties to use properly and independently official immigration websites and get true, valid and updated information directly from official government sources without any help from outside. When you create an account using our website, we need to know, among others, your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details (if paying by credit card).This will allow us successfully and efficiently process your order and maintain your account. We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with the Guide and fulfil the transactions you have requested, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, maintaining business and financial records, resolving disputes, maintaining security, detecting and preventing fraud and abuse, and enforcing our agreements.

Furthermore, all of the sensitive personal data we collect ­is protected by a number of layers of encryp­tion and several layers of security to ­ prevent unauthorized access. We offer Credit Card payments for all our registered users. Credit ­Card payments are made directly through ­an SSL Encryption software to ensure your personal details are kept safe.

3. Accessing and Updating Your Information

Our website may allow registered users to directly access and review their account information and make corrections or updates upon login at any time. Keeping such information up to date is your responsibility. You have the right under European and certain other privacy and data protection laws, as may be applicable, to request free of charge:
