Our professional staff and automated tools monitor service performance for problems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your data is hosted securely on our systems in an active/passive configuration in multiple regions across the U.S., and a backup of all our Canadian customers’ data is safely stored in Canada. Each region where your data is hosted also has 24-7 physical security including video surveillance, intrusion detection and alarms which are immediately dispatched to Security Operations Centers for immediate logging, analysis and response.

We rely on advanced, industry-recognised security safeguards to keep all of your financial data private and protected. SmartImmigrant uses AES256 encryption for all data that is processed and stored in its ecosystem, and TLS is used to encrypt all data in transit outside of our ecosystem. Combined with password-protected login and firewall protected servers, we have the security elements in place to give you peace of mind.
